Maybe it was General Patraeus himself who released the news of the affair, thus retiring to Citizenry, blowing lid on President Obama, Sec Of State Clinton, and CIA Director Leon Panetta, covering up the truth of Benghazi, along with a complicit media.  ie the cover up...

He receives his Retirement, can be called to testify as a citizen, and will Plead the 5th, or tell truth for reduced sentence, and completely blast the Administration.

The exact reason CIA Officers, Key Players in American SPY Agencies are Forbidden from Extramarital affairs, so that they cannot be "black mailed" by foreign Governments, or in this case, the General is Black Mailed by the President of the United States, His Boss.

Syndicated columnist Charles Krauthammer on Tuesday said the White House used David Petraeus’s affair to get the CIA director to give testimony about the attacks on the U.S. consulate in Benghazi, Libya, that was in line with the administration’s position on the matter.

Appearing on Fox News's Special Report, Krauthammer said, "The sword was lowered on Election Day" (video follows with transcript and commentary):

CHARLES KRAUTHAMMER: I think the really shocking news today was that General Petraeus thought and hoped he could keep his job. He thought that it might and it would be kept secret, and that he could stay in his position. I think what that tells us is really important. It meant that he understood that the FBI obviously knew what was going on. He was hoping that those administration officials would not disclose what had happened, and therefore hoping that he would keep his job. And that meant that he understood that his job, his reputation, his legacy, his whole celebrated life was in the hands of the administration, and he expected they would protect him by keeping it quiet.

And that brings us to the ultimate issue, and that is his testimony on September 13. That’s the thing that connects the two scandals, and that’s the only thing that makes the sex scandal relevant. Otherwise it would be an exercise in sensationalism and voyeurism and nothing else. The reason it’s important is here’s a man who knows the administration holds his fate in its hands, and he gives testimony completely at variance with what the Secretary of Defense had said the day before, at variance with what he’d heard from his station chief in Tripoli, and with everything that we had heard. Was he influenced by the fact that he knew his fate was held by people within the administration at that time?

The attack that killed four Americans in the Libyan consulate began as a spontaneous protest against the film “The Innocence of Muslims,” but Islamic militants who may have links to Al Qaeda used the opportunity to launch an attack, CIA Director David Petreaus told the House Intelligence Committee today according to one lawmaker who attended a closed-door briefing.

This of course was the administration line for almost two weeks after the attacks.

With that in mind, Krauthammer drove his point home further a few minutes later:

KRAUTHAMMER: Of course it was being held over Petraeus’s head, and the sword was lowered on Election Day. You don’t have to be a cynic to see that as the ultimate in cynicism. As long as they needed him to give the administration line to quote Bill, everybody was silent. And as soon as the election’s over, as soon as he can be dispensed with, the sword drops and he’s destroyed. I mean, can you imagine what it’s like to be on that pressure and to think it didn’t distort or at least in some way unconsciously influence his testimony? That’s hard to believe.

If Krauthammer is correct, it's going to be very interesting to see if and how the Obama-loving media reports it.

And in court documents filed by Kelley's sister Natalie Khawam,

Mrs Khawam  name-drops both Sen. John Kerry of Massachusetts and Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse of Rhode Island -- who both have ties to a Providence, RI, lawyer/lobbyist who loaned a whopping $300,000 to Khawam.

Khawam claimed in a July 12 letter to her estranged husband that she took their son "on vacation last year to Martha Vineyard," where their son and "I had a great time at the DSCC [Democratic Senate Campaign Committee] event."

"Sen. John Kerry asked if [her son] would be coming again this year," Khawam wrote. "[Their son] was a superstar at the DSCC last year."

A spokeswoman for Kerry – who the Washington Post reports is being considered as President Obama's next secretary of defense -- had no immediate comment.

Also filed in that court case by Khawam is a letter, on United States Senate stationary, from Whitehouse, who like Kerry is a Democrat.

That letter was written to Gerald "Gerry" Harrington, who has been a fundraiser for Kerry and other Democrats out of Rhode Island. Harrington, according to Khawam's federal bankruptcy filing earlier this year in Florida, gave her a personal loan of $300,000.

"Derry Gerry," Whitehouse wrote. "I am excited to hear that you and [Khawam's son] may be coming to the Family Clambake. That would be terrific! All the best wishes, Sheldon."

A related email from Khawam to her estranged husband -- from whom she was seeking permission to take their son to Whitehouse's clambake -- said that their son "knows Sen. Whitehouse and his family from spending time together with them last summer in Newport, R.I.

Interesting Facts, Possible Reasons for Timing and Ultimately what it all means.

1.  FBI interviews of Mrs Broadwell and Gen.  Patraeus both admitted adultery and cooperated, freely gave access to computers.

2.  Broadwell computer had both "Non-classified" and "classified" files, Gen. Patraeus stated he gave her no classified files.

3.  Why was she emailing Mrs Kelley silly "catty" emails, when there was nothing to gain, since Mrs Kelley was friends with Mrs Patraeus?

4.  Mrs Broadwell has some connections to House Majority Leader Eric Cantor, and known International Arms Dealer, Jans Henrik Jebsen, and one of his company's Gamma Applied Visions Group..

5.  Gen. Patraeus was known to be somewhat "anti-Israel" and Eric Cantor is friends of "likud" party.

6.  Timing? almost as soon as the election was called, this story is released, IE When Republicans realized they had lost whitehouse.

7.  Mrs kelley was intentionally ensnared by Mrs Broadwell because she knew of her affair with Gen. John Allen, the top U.S. general in Afghanistan aligned with Gen. Patraeus and the Obama Line.

8.  Broadwell has MS Degree with Focus on Iran and Syria ???

9.  The FBI Agent Friend of Mrs Kelley, also sent Mrs Kelley hundreds of emails of his "Chest" bare naked chest with sexual overtures towards her.

Tying all this together, Obama allowed our Ambassador and staff to be sacrificed for destruction of the "Obama" torture prison at the compound and destruction of all evidence therein.  That is why no agency was allowed to respond to the SOS via Benghazi staff.

Hillary Clinton and Pres. Obama very well might have covertly arranged for the Libyans to attack the compound, knowing that the Gen. Patraeus, and Gen. Allen Scandel was bound to reveal the CIA Torture Prison, and that Sex Stories were going to break either before or after the election.

Thus, Pres. Obama and Sec of State Clinton have their own Abu Ghraib,  Watergate, and Clinton Sex scandal all rolled into One Big Cover up.

 Republicans lost election, Obama and Clinton knew of Benghazi, CIA Torture Prison, If Mrs Broadwell is Israel plant, she hacked Patraeus email and computer.   Israel wants war with Syria/Iran as do international arms dealers.  Eric Cantor wants Obama to go down via its not the action, its the "Cover Up", Obama knew Benghazi was attacked to retrieve Libyan Al Queada suspects held in the CIA prison.  Gen.'s Patraeus, and Allen were Anti War and against action by Israel and USA against Iran... Israel and Republicans want Obama Admin frozen in Scandal.  Obama goes down for the "Lies" to congress and American People about allowing the death of the Benghazi staff.

This story is going to be better than General Hospital, no Pun Intended.

2012 Post Election Numbers and Thoughts

Its over, the other side WON, and I must Congratulate them for a hard fought victory.  Yes, as I was driving to swim practice, I saw the Sun Coming up Wed. Morning.

I  am kind of a numbers guy as well and living in Texas was very curious to see how the "polsters" came up with their numerology.  

Everyone is tossing around this "white Voters" percentage as being 72%, but I went to Census figures and looked at population as whole from the Census.  I think this 72% is inflated and the real number is closer to 64%.

Total Pop  308 Million USA as of 2010, per Census...

White          197 Million, or 64%

Hisp/Latin    50 Million   or 16 %

Black            39 Million  or  13 %

Asian            14 Million or   5%

Other             6 Million  or   2%

Interesting Note from Census numbers, Hispanic population from 2000 to 2010 increased by 50%, thats right 5-0 % their numbers are really growing, and White population growth for same period was 1.2%, not sustainable whites are dying faster than reproducing.

Cross Reference these numbers with % voting for Obama/Romney and some interesting trends come up.

 Obama received about 52.4 % of the Total Vote.

White voters  Obama (39%) of (64%)           or  Total % of Election   25%

Black Voters  Obama  (98%) of (13%)          or Total % of Election    12.7%

Lat/Hisp/Asia Obama ( 64%) of (23%)           or Total % of Election    14.7%  

 Doing math (14.7%/23%= 63.9%) says Obama got  64% of Hispanic/Other /Asian vote

Adds up to    25% + 12.7% + 14.7% = 52.4 % of Population voted Obama for President.

I have run the numbers and for Romney to win last Tuesday,  He would have needed 51% of Combined Hispanics, Asian and Other...Multi racial categories voters to win.  

He missed the mark, only receiving, 36% of other than white, black vote.

White (61%) of vote x (64%) of population  = ( 39%) 

of 51 % needed to Win Presidency.

at this point he only needs 12% points, 

Instead he comes up short.. with only 47.6%

Black      (2%) x  (13%) =  (00.3%)   

Hispanic (36% of Hispanic/Asian/Others) x (23%) = (08.3%)

Totals 47.6 % and he loses the election ....

Lets assume No Republican can achieve more than 2% of black voters, then the Republican party needs to find the common Experience to connect with Hispanic, Asian and Multi Racial voters to achieve 51% of their vote last Tues and beyond.

Republicans didn't do that, and going forward with Birth rates, and rates of growth from 2000 Census, to 2010 Census.... They must "connect" and "gain loyalty" of Hispanic/Asian Voters, and their children!!!

As greater numbers of White voters age, they become more liberal, forgiving, and dependent of Federal Government (Medicare, Health, Drugs, Etc).  Blacks have been very steady for many years at 12-13% of the population.

Hispanics, presently (20%) of voters, are growing quickly with higher birth rates and within the next 20 years Hispanics/Latin voters will grow even with White Voters.

If this happens and they stay with current (Voting Percentages).

 No Republican will ever be elected to National Office !!!!!!

States such as, Texas, Florida, Louisiana, Arkansas and most likely OK will be Democratic at the State Level, Gov., Sen. and House of Reps will reflect these population and voting trends.

Republicans, need to do some "soul searching" in espanol!!

There is a reason why you have to pick "1" for English, and "2" for Spanish when you call the bank, or pretty much anywhere.  In 10 years it might be "uno" for Espanol, and "dos" for English !!

WASHINGTON – Using a Pakistani Internet Protocol, or IP address, a disposable credit card and a fake address, A DEAD Terrorist, “Osama bin Laden” has successfully donated twice to Barack Obama’s presidential re-election campaign.   

“Bin Laden” is currently set up on the official campaign website to contribute more to Obama’s campaign. The name is also registered as a volunteer.

Since the “foreign” contribution was sent, “Bin Laden’s” email address has received several solicitations from Obama’s campaign asking for more donations.

The apparently foreign-based contributions were conducted as a test after a flurry of media reports described the ability of foreigners to donate to the Obama campaign but not to Mitt Romney’s site, which has placed safeguards against such efforts.

The acceptance of foreign contributions is strictly illegal under U.S. campaign finance law.

One $15 donation was made at BarackObama.com using a confirmed Pakistani IP address. In other words, as far as the campaign website was concerned, the donation was openly identified electronically as coming from Pakistan.

Upon clicking the “donate” button, WND staff selected the $15 amount and were taken to a page on the campaign website asking for a first and last name, city, state, zip code, email address and phone number.

The information submitted was: “Osama bin Laden, 911 Jihad Way, Abbottabad, CA 91101.”

While the website only has options for U.S. states and zip codes, there is no mechanism in place on Obama’s website to verify the individual is actually located in that state or zip code, or even in the U.S.

The Obama campaign refuses to release the identification of donors who give less than $200

In the case of this donation, the 91101 zip code is real but corresponds to Pasadena, Calif., and not Abbottabad, the Pakistani city in which bin Laden was found holed up in a compound.

For a requested phone number, WND inputted the White House information line of (202) 456-2121.

The email address used to set up the donation account was osama4obama2012@gmail.com.

After clicking “next,” the website asked for an employer, occupation and a password to set up future donations. WND staff entered the occupation as “deceased terror chief” and the employer as “al-Qaida.”

The transaction was made last Friday with the use of a disposable credit card. The website did not require the card’s security code.

Barcodes on airline boarding passes can be read using smartphones and altered to allow passengers through lighter security checks, an aviation security researcher has claimed.

The U.S. Transport Security Administration (TSA) runs a program called PreCheck which allows frequent fliers to be randomly chosen for 'expedited screening' before boarding domestic flights.

Boarding passes for travel on U.S. airlines feature barcodes which include data telling security staff whether the passenger has been chosen to go through these less stringent checks.

Vulnerability: An airline security blogger has shown how boarding pass barcodes can be read using a phone then edited to allow passengers to avoid stringent pre-flight security checks

Those selected go through dedicated screening lines which allow them to leave on their shoes, belts and jackets, keep hold of their toiletries and laptops, and avoid the controversial full-body scanners.

With passengers able to print their boarding passes before they leave home, they can use barcode readers - which are available as smartphone apps - to see whether they have been selected.

 

The vulnerability in the system was highlighted last week by John Butler in his aviation blog Puckinflight - where he revealed the barcode information was unencrypted.

Explaining how he has been able to decode the barcode on a boarding pass for an upcoming trip, he writes that he has published the information because he is 'seriously concerned with boarding pass security'.

He shows how the final digit in the decoded data is either a one or a three - depending on whether or not the passenger has been selected for PreCheck.

'What  terrorists  or really anyone can do is use a website to decode the barcode and get the flight information, put it into a text file, change the 1 to a 3, then use another website to re-encode it into a barcode,' he writes.

'Finally, using a commercial photo-editing program or any program that can edit graphics [they can] replace the barcode in their boarding pass with the new one they created.'

Other information stored on the barcode could be changed in exactly the same way, Mr Butler explains, including the passenger name and even the flight details.

'The really scary part is this will get past both the TSA document checker, because the scanners the TSA use are just barcode decoders, they don’t check against the real time information,' he adds.

So as long as the passenger remembers to put three on the end of the data they will always get through. Mr Butler said he has contacted the TSA to report the vulnerability.

Barns & Noble Credit/Debit Readers Hacked

 Barns & Noble CC Readers Hacked and Bug implanted to steal Credit/Debit Card  Numbers and PINS...

Barnes & Noble is warning its customers to check their credit and debit card statements for unauthorized transactions after discovering someone tampered with its card readers in 63 stores across the country.

Only one device was tampered with in each store, affecting fewer than 1 percent of card readers in Barnes & Noble stores, the company said in a news release on Wednesday.  The company disconnected all of the devices at its 700 stores after discovering the tampering on Sept. 14.  

The FBI asked Barnes & Noble not to disclose the breach last month, for fear of compromising the investigation.

The criminals apparently planted bugs in the devices to get customers’ credit card and PIN numbers, Barnes & Noble said, calling the tampering a “sophisticated criminal effort.”

The nation’s largest bookseller is working with federal law enforcement authorities as well as banks, payment card brands and issuers to identify accounts that may have been compromised.

But as a precaution, Barnes & Noble said debit card users who shopped at affected stores should change their pin numbers.

B&N insists its customer database is secure.

The company also stressed that the breach involved only purchases made in a store using one of the tampered devices and that transactions on Barnes & Noble.com, Nook devices and apps were not affected.

If this could be done at B&N, then why not Wal-Mart, Kroger, Costco, Target, etc, I would suspect that Barnes and Noble are not the only retail chain hacked.
